The Master program includes:
MASTER RESOURCES
The Master Program includes the participation of visiting Lecturers, who will give students the opportunity to receive, hear and exchange views with renowned national and international experts, who will, in turn, address various topics related to the tourism sector and hotel companies.
Students may exchange updated views, commentaries and advises on issues of great interest and, at the same time, they will be able to establish contact with prestigious institutions and companies of the hotel sector.
MENTORING
Students who wish to do so, may participate in a Mentoring program whose main objective is to offer the possibility of having the experience of a Mentor, appointed among a group of expert teachers, to help them, guide and orient them in their career development, enhancing their abilities, competences, skills and attitudes and helping them in their personal and professional development.
The experience and knowledge provided by the Master program, will allow students to promote their creativity and leadership establishing a stimulating relationship and an open dialogue, in which, the mentored will learn to respond to situations he or she will encounter and will be able to fulfil the objectives and goals proposed. Ultimately, this mentoring program will help the student to successfully and effectively perform in his/her future contribution and duties undertaken in their working activity.
ON-LINE ACTIVITIES
Some of the program contents will make use of the videoconferencing service, to contact some foreign centres.
A virtual classroom will be provided for the students for the presentation of contents, document storage, access to services such as a work, platform etc. Students’ personal e-mail will be used to send and receive documents or other information related to the Master. This will allow teachers to check and control the work being done, perform personalized tutoring, or send the exercises, activities, etc.
In addition, important news for the development of the activities of the Master will also be sent by e-mail.
The creation of forums for open participation will be facilitated as an interchange point for professionals, students and visiting professors on topics of professional interest.
A tutoring service, through electronic messaging will also be supplied, managed by a teacher or mentoring coordinator. In addition, the Master will provide a tutoring service with teachers of through personal email during the course and the internship period.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES
At the end of the Master's degree program:
- Students will be able of applying the knowledge learned to specific programmes of work activity in any situation in the hotel business.
- Students will have developed skills and specific competences for a correct and sound management of hotel companies.
- Students will be able to know and have the training and educational needs of different human resource positions posed by hotel companies, especially at management levels.
- Students will be able to respond to the indisputable fact of globalization that makes us partakers of other cultures.
- Students will be able to respond to the globalization needs as members of an intercultural hotel sector.
- Students will apply the knowledge learned at any of the occupational activities in hotels, especially related to their training in the postgraduate program.
